How Smart Mode work?

Environment HumidityMist Output
<45%Maximum output
45%-70%1. For every 5% change in humidity, auto adjust the output accordingly. 2. Decrease the output when the humidity increases, and increase the output when the humidity decreases.
>70%Maintained for more than 5 minutes will stop misting until the humidity drops.

Why is the humidity inaccurate?

1. The room may be larger than the humidifier's effective range.
-Move to a room smaller than 430-753ft²/40-70m².

2. Moisture may have built up inside the humidity sensor. Make sure the nozzles are facing away from the aroma box so that the mist does not settle on the sensor inside the aroma box.
-Turn off the humidifier, remove the aroma box, and allow the sensor to air-dry.

3. If the humidifier is placed within 12 inches / 30 cm of a wall or in a corner, the humidity sensor cannot provide a proper reading for the relative humidity in the room
-Move the humidifier where away from other items 12 in/30 cm.

4. The humidity sensor will give an improper reading if it is exposed to dust.
-Avoid using the humidifier in dusty rooms.
-Avoid using tap water in the humidifier, as this can create white dust in the air.

Why does the air quality deteriorate when you turn on t humidifier?

-The humidifier mist is water particles within the PM2.5 particulate matter size range. During operation, this will increase PM2.5 readings and trigger air quality alerts.

1. Excessive humidity

-Tuned to lower output
-Turn on Auto Mode

2. Air flow is too weak

-Move the humidifier to a location with better air circulation

3. Not enough room for mist to drift

-Move the humidifier to a higher position
